Client Solutions Advisor Responsibilities: Marketing does not end in flashy graphics and product presentation, it continues through maintaining client retention and loyalty. As a Client Solutions Advisor, you'll help us foster smart, personable, hands-on marketing by providing quality client support and assistance. Your duties will include: Accurately providing information about Verizon's wireless services, features, promotions, and benefits; Guiding clients throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact, presenting a tailored array of products, answering questions, closing sales, and ensuring retention; Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services; Recording and tracking each client transaction, follow ups, and resolved concerns; Analyzing recurring concerns to continually improve service; Assisting the sales team in reaching their goals through cross selling and upselling; Upholding the company and the brand's reputation through professionalism and genuine client care. Client Solutions Advisor Qualifications: Professional background or training in client-facing roles are preferred but not required. Must be knowledgeable in basic technical and computer systems.
