Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

We're looking for a Construction Worker who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working in a variety of environments, from drainage and asphalt to concrete and exterior site work.

Weekly pay and PTO
Concrete and asphalt patching and repair
Light drainage and exterior construction work
Raking, grading, and shoveling
Material handling and job site support
Property inspections and identifying maintenance needs
Operating trucks and equipment (training provided)
Supporting facility maintenance and improvement projects
Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment
Snow removal during the winter season
Have 2+ years of construction or exterior work experience
Are confident using heavy equipment and hand tools
Have experience with concrete, asphalt, or drainage work
Can lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Are safety-focused and a solid communicator
CDL or operator's license is a plus
