Position: Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician
Location: Odessa/Midland, TX

Overview:
A well-established, high-quality practice is seeking a US Board Eligible/Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician. This opportunity offers excellent work/life balance with high productivity potential in a supportive environment.

Schedule & Responsibilities:

• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Attending deliveries is not required

• Shared call schedule for high work/life balance

• Access to top-tier ultrasound equipment and experienced support staff

• Option for temp-to-perm or permanent full-time

Qualifications:

• US Board Eligible/Board Certified in MFM

• Comfortable managing high-risk pregnancies

• Able to provide immediate, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $800k+ annually, including base salary and productivity/incentive pay
