Core Responsibilities of a Sales Agent: Initiate friendly, professional interactions with potential customers about Verizon's products and services. Your goal as a Sales Agent is to create a positive and lasting impression on the customer through rapport and genuine desire to provide them with helpful solutions to their everyday wireless needs. Entice customers by presenting product features, benefits, and pricing in an engaging manner, emphasizing how our services are exactly what they're looking for. Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial contact to closing. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Assist each customer with their account setup and service updates to ensure accurate sales processing. Share customer insights with management to help refine campaign strategies. Work toward daily and weekly sales targets in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Core Competencies of a Sales Agent: Professional experience or education in business and marketing is preferred but not required.
